Commission (A)
We may have vacancies on the site you occupy or in the immediate area. If you introduce us to a prospective tenant who enters into our standard agreement, we will pay you a commission, the equivalent of two weeks rent. Do ensure you advise us of the name and address of the person you have introduced in order to receive your commission.
Commission (B)
If you should become aware of a lock-up garage site for sale - anywhere and that introduction leads us to purchase the site, we will pay you by way of an introductory commission, the equivalent of 5% of the purchase price, i.e: say the purchase price NET is £2,000, your commission will be £100.00!!
