For your protection as well as ours, we have a standard
Tenancy Agreement, which all clients/renters are required
to sign: this details the general terms and conditions and
a copy of which can be emailed to you.
We ask for a £60 deposit and the first months rent to move
in.
We will set up a Standing order with you so payment is done
directly through the bank each month. Making it easier for
you.
Our prices are from £8-£12 a week dependent on location and
size of garage.
The renting company does not accept any responsibility for
motor vehicles/goods stored in the garage and we therefore
suggest that, if insurance is required, you contact your
own insurers.
